And, not to be political, but money and government services, which WWV/WWVH and NIST are,  are political, and the current administration is poorly focused and pernicious in their decisions on how and what to reduce in curtailing government services. A well chosen and well thought out vote in 2020 will help as much or more than a survey in keeping NIST, and WWV/WWVH up and operating.
