As a reminder, the NMVHF Society will hold its required annual meeting in conjunction with the Duke City Hamfest; 1600MDT, Saturday September 21, 2019 in the Bosque Room.

One of the items that needs to be considered is election of officers. While the current officers are doing a fine job, we do not want to exclude others from participating, and welcome new blood into the organization’s leadership. We have two elected officers: President and Secretary. At present, W7QQ is president and N7KA is secretary. You can let me or one of the officers know if you are interested in being an officer and we will also entertain nominations from the floor.

Similarly, if you have items of business that you would like to bring up, let me know and we will also entertain new items of business from the floor.

I don’t want to make this solely about business, so we will have time for a few short, 10 minutes or less, talks about VHF topics. If you want to give such a talk let me know. Short presentations with some pictures of your activity over the past year would be welcomed.
