There is a minimum order direct from MCL of 20 pcs.  I bought the minimum but only need a few so I'd be happy to pass along the excess for what I paid - the 20 pc price of $1.55 each.  You pay cheapest shipping.

These are terrific low noise amplifiers with medium gain (18-20 dB) and super low (for MMIC's at least) noise figure of 0.3 dB below 1 GHz.  The devices are usable to 6 GHz.  Data sheet link is here:
