This is an amazing feat. Given the Hepburn charts, it appears that given a bit more inversion a bit further north that a W4 from southern FL to D4 QSO would be possible.

It was on 144.174, the 2M FT8 "channel", so it may not have started out as human-to-human... I saw when it was spotted this morning and made reference to it on the VHF-Chat Slack channel.
