Re: [Rmvhf] Worked all New Mexico Grids award
Keith,
Maybe #1 will be taken by a pair of mobile stations with HTs. Could be a great way to see the state. There'll be a fight over who gets #1 and who gets #2.
This should be fun!

Re: [Rmvhf] Worked all New Mexico Grids award
OK Phil, we wanted an award that was achievable, but not trivial. The October 1, 2017 start date was decided on so that everyone would start from scratch. W7QQ did the leg work for the award.

Thanks Keith. Yes, we had 18 contributors to our score, which is excellent. For the June contest with diligence, hard work, and good band conditions, I think that we can move up a few spots but the

Top 10 in medium category is really good. That category is probably the most competitive !
Good job for a first effort - now to build on it !

From looking at the unofficial results, it appears that we have finished 9th nationally in the Medium Club category. This is a very good result for our first outing and we are in very good company

Oh - DM45 !
Yes, I turned the antenna toward Flagstaff at around 7:15 and called CQ on CW three or four times. We should try again sometime. I need the grid on both 6 & 2. What do you have on 6M

Sorry to miss you Steve. How much power are you running ?
When did you hear me ? My last TX in that direction was probably before 7:30.
I had everything off and was in the house by 7:35
