Need to add Art Aragon KC5EFM and Mike W0PD (if he fits in your club diameter) He's east of El Paso. We met him at Floyd's place when we visited and he applied for membership. You might ask

GM Mike. How about a 2M schedule right at the start -1900Z
CW on 144.200 unless you're up on the WSJT modes then we can try something easier.

Re: 2018 CQ WW VHF results
Yup, a few thousand feet of granite betwixt does not help. Yet, I think that timing could make it work (as you referenced). Aiming SSW and NNE simultaneously with a bit of pre-planning, perhaps.

Two NMVHF rovers finished 2nd (W3DHJ) and 4th (KK6MC) overall. They even beat K2EZ's 15-grid effort on the east coast where so much contest activity occurs. It took a zero-sleep, 10-grid marathon

John, will you have digital capability? Tracking on APRS? We will be running the multi-op W5UHF from DM75. We can also stay in phone contact if you wish. Let me know.
