A friend is working on a 450 MHz colinear antenna for which he was to design a PCB that will match about 250 Ohms.  I don't recall the reactance., if any.  He has (nearly) unlimited test gear at ASU in Tucson, but not the experience of this type of design.  Do any of you?  Or can you recommend something other than the ARRL Antenna Book?
